Comedy Club is back again!
One of our favourite events, 4 hilarious comedians here to tickle your funny bones! This months line-up is as good as ever…
Harry Pettitt
Harry Pettitt a local comic, from Colchester, is rapidly rising through the comedy ranks. With a sharp wit and a flair for observational humour, Harry’s relatable storytelling resonates with audiences young and old. Harry is a geezer and an audience pleaser.
Ben Norris
A highly experienced and hugely well-respected stand-up. He’s been performing comedy since 1993 and has developed an incredibly relaxed stage persona with an innate ability to improvise as well as deliver sharply crafted material. As a result, he’s a regular headliner on the UK comedy circuit and has performed around the world.
Bella Humphries
Bella is a comedian, actor and writer. She has supported and toured with Kiri Pritchard-McLean and Harriet Kemsley, written for BBC Radio Wales and performed at Machynlleth Comedy Festival, Just The Tonic, Backyard Comedy Club, Greenman Festival, co-run her own sold out comedy night and made the regional heats for the BBC New Comedy Award – all whilst breaking in to paid work on the circuit all around the country.
Otiz Canelloni
In a world where every comedian claims or strives to be unique, Otiz Cannelloni is just that – and not only because of that questionable name. Billed a reluctant messiah and man of the people, with an O-level in woodwork, Otiz Cannelloni is probably best summed up as a mix of a crazy children’s entertainer meeting an even madder messed-up magician, Otiz’s act defies description and beggars belief – and audiences can’t get enough of it. And neither can his peers. Otiz is loved and revered in the business as “a comics’ comic”, and wherever he performs, his usually cynical fellow comedians can be caught at the rear of the room, spellbound by his lunacy and laughing manically and with a jealous if appreciative glint in their eye.
